Costs (price per week)
High season (July and August) € 800
Mid season (April,May,June,September,October) € 700
Rents include water and electricity with 200 Kw/week.
On the first day of your stay you are welcome between 16.00 and 19.00 hours. On the last day of your stay, you must leave the house no later than 10.00 hours. Deposit is € 200 and must be paid with the second payment. The changeover day is Friday. Pets are not allowed or after mutual agreement.

As soon as you have made your reservation you will receive a confirmation and a request to transfer 50% of the total rental amount within seven days. The remainder of 50% plus 200 euro deposit, please transfer two weeks before your arrival.
